Banana Bread Baked Oats!

Two of our favourite things combined - banana bread and breakfast!

Banana bread baked oats
(Serves 4-6 depending on hunger levels)

  • 2 ripe, medium-sized bananas
  • 200g rolled oats
  • 60g vanilla protein powder (swap to plain flour)
  • 40g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 40g dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 400ml milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1-2 tosp maple syrup (optional)

Simply add all the ingredients straight to your (greased) baking dish. Mix It up, then pop it in the oven for 35-40 minutes ay 180c degrees. Keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days!
